While Debugging my Applications i made some simple Exmples how to broadcast your webcam and how to subscribe to a Live-Stream with OpenLaszlo and Red5.

These exmple’s are quite easy and basically only a bunch of code-line’s.

this week the Release Candidate 4 of OpenMeetings has been released. It Includes a new feature called SWFPresentationViewer which allows you to browse into any document you uploaded (pdf, doc, odp, ppt, …) like you are used to in any PDF-Reader.

this is a small ScreenShot:

There is a new release of the Project Openmeetings now in Version RC3 (Beta3). It now comes with a ScreenViewer! So you are able to share your desktop with any participant of the meeting. See ScreenViewer for more info.

Installation instructions:

Changes from Beta2 to Beta3:
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/05Beta3Changes
Main improvements are that the ScreenViewer (see
http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/wiki/ScreenViewer) is now included. An
additional App. So others can see your Desktop during a Meeting if
necessary.
I did also some testings on Windows Boxes. I’ve tested:
Windows XP, MacOSX, Linux Debian 3.1
Databases tested:
Postgres, MySQL
So should be really cross-platform compatible and you should be able to use
it with MySQL,Postgres and any Database supported by Hibernate.
